My 4 months old baby is having blood stains in poop. May I knw the reason why?

A. Due to stomach infection so you should consult your doctor a course of antibiotics would be in order to stomach infection that your child is having any time regarding the motion with a regular motion or loose motion it’s mostly due to infection only
