I recently got my 1 year old daughter’s ears pierced. But I have now noticed that her ear has become red and pus is also coming out of it. Can you please suggest how to clean and what to apply on the wound. Thanks

there is pus accumulated beneath the swellixng.
there is a possibility that you may require antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus.
so kindly visit the doctor.
for pain you can xgive paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
