Q.

I recently gave birth to a baby girl.there is no sufficient milk to feed how can I increase the breastfeed

A. You can take Shatavari powder that is going to be very good as it is one of the best lactation supplements to go ahead with along with that I should suggest you to increase the liquid and take also that’s also going to be very beneficial for you at the same time
