Q.
I often find myself hesitant to go out during my period due to worries about leaks and discomfort. Can anyone suggest a high-quality sanitary pad that provides reliable protection and comfort, so I can confidently go about my day without any concerns?

A. You should definately use sirona 100% rashfree pads. its meterial is very soft. sizes are very big. it controlles the period odeure. budget friendly too. try this.

Sirona is one of the best brands these a lot of mothers are using it you can use that you can get the check basically what kind of a pad you are looking for how much heavy bleeding you are having an all dressing and accordingly you can select the size and the best make for yourself other than that also I would recommend you if you’re so hesitant why don’t you try using a menstrual cup because a lot of women are very comfortable carrying that also so you can consult your gynaecologist regarding that
