I observed light spotting for 2 days before menstruation.What could be the reason pls help

A. Sometimes you to hormonal changes in the body you can have sat you can start with sporting earlier than your estimated a period date and then after that a full fledge it period is going to come but if it this only one time then it’s okay but if it keeps repeating that you consult a gynaecologist SunWrite Your Answer Here
