I noticed some small red color dots on the top of tongue of my 3 month old baby. is this normal?#AskTheExpert

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. if you are baby is not crying for that dots on this tongue then you should not be worried too much and everyday while giving bath you should clean it with soft cloth wrapping it on your finger and making it wait you should wash it with soft and so that it will go away generally it happens due to accumulation of milk
