I noticed as a new mom that my breast milk only come well when i eat somethjng and when it passes hours to eat it becomes less What could be the reason behind

A. hello dear you have to take proper meal in 3 to 4 hours of gap you have to increase intake of water take dryfruits with milk ,papaya , green vegetables.these helps in increasing quality and quality of milk I have been buying and using Babyhug products for my kids . their products very good.
