Q.

I normal delivered a baby girl at 22nd january this year.I have continuous back pain.what can I do?

A. Maybe you’re for feeding posture is not correct which is why you are having back back been generally does not happen during normal delivery till the time we did not have an epidural also I would advise you to go ahead we doing Keagle exercises at least for a month twice a day if you haven’t done that and also consult your doctor they will give you better advise
