A. Hello good morning !! Milk and diary products (ghee/cheese/butter/curd/paneer) ,dals(pulses), beans,egg, meat,soya,dry fruits rich in protein source . Include these foods in regular diet for protein source. Protein helps in muscle strength and weight improvement.
