Q.
I missed 2 vaccinations of my baby during Sept 2021 when he was 15 months because of viral fever, dengue and cough n cold problems. now his 18 months vaccination is due. what should I do???

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. simple cough and cold as well as simple discomfort of the child for a ffew days is not a contraindication for vaccination and it is advisable to go for vaccination at the earliest. the maximum you can delay would be around 2-3 weeks but after that it is advisable not to delay the vaccination
if still in confusion you can meet your doctor who will examine the child and tell you whether vaccination delay is preferable or you can go for vaccination
