Q.

I'm the mother of a 1-month-old baby. I've been suffering from wrist pain (mother's thumb) in both hands and swelling since the 5th month of pregnancy. It's getting worse day by day. I'm taking the medications prescribed by my gynecologist, but there has been no progress so far. What should I do?

A. If in case you are sleeping only on one side that may be the reason for this as the pain mostly in hands is felt at the rest joint only and also you should do some massage followed by hot fomentation
