Q.
I'm still breastfeeding, my son is having severe constipation since a year. and he is just 19 months old. I have tried everything I make sure he gets rich fiber foods. is there anything else I can do?

Prune juice is very good you can give it to the child in the night before sleeping and apply some castor oil in and around the navel and make sure to give more of warm water this time which is what is going to be beneficial for you to deal with the situation and that is also going to be good in reducing down the issue of constipation
