i m pregnant of 19 weeks i have some tension without reason especially while eatimg cant pls telllll

See it’s not tension without reason maybe you’re thinking something something is bothering you from your past or maybe in in your coming time and delivery handling a lot of things that may be running through the mind but if you feel that you are unable to figure it out you can talk to your trusted family member your husband or some of your friend your family sisters or otherwise you can start meditating and just try to calm your nerves that would be helpful
