I m not able to breastfeed enough and have to take support of formula milk. please help

A. Namaste Mom Please not to worry it is a natural process without you being have a control on you can give formula milk which suits your baby such as lactogen , nan pro , enfamil etc

Shatavari how does a great lactation supplement it has been approved by the doctors also to take so you can take it three times in the day with warm milk plus you should have good and healthy diet which is good plus good protein should be a part of it and plenty of fluids which will help in generating more lactation for the child
