A. Hi ma’am Your baby is 4 months old and you feel like you are not getting enough milk As per my experience as a pediatrician, It is a very subjective feeling Please get it checked with pediatrician about growth It depends on how much the baby is growing with exclusive breastfeeding Now, the baby may take 4-6 feeds per day and spend most of the time playing If i were you, i will consult a lactation expert or a experienced pediatrician!!

A. Hello dear parent! Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months completion. If required take the help of a lactation expert. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. There are many brands that offer formula milk for babies like Nan pro, Lactogen, Similac, Enfamil, Aptamil and so on.
