I'm mother to 3.9yr boy & 2 months old girl. I exclusively breastfeed my son that time my menstrual cycle started after 4 months of delivery & for my daughter I'm again exclusively breastfeeding yet my period stated just after 2 months after delivery & exactly 1 month after LOCHIA ended. is it normal or I need to see gynecologist?

A. Hello! It is absolutely normal to get periods even while you continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby. There is no relation between these two situations. Nothing to worry. Eat well, balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day.
