Q.
I’m mother of 4month old I feed my baby the whole day but at nights I feel as I have less milk supply.. Even my baby gets fussy coz of less milk and I give him formula once..please help me to overcome this so that I can give complete breast milk to my baby even at night times

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. if you are a breastfeeding mother and if you are having less milk supply give correct position breastfeeding to the baby also take a healthy diet with high fibre in the diet and plenty of liquids

Try to Keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products to increase your milk
More sucking leads to more milk
