i m mother of 4 months old baby. i had c section delivery. Post delivery hair fall has increased alot. what can be done?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello this can be due to harmonal changes and just make sure to use a mild shampoo which is made of natural ingredients and you can check with Mother sparsh range if hair care products which can help and also vitamin rich food in the diet

See If you look online you will find so many easy recipes to follow which will help in controlling your hair fall along with that it is very very important that you make a distance from all the chemical products you are you go for a shampoo which is completely organic and safe to be used and you can try doing preconditioning it’s very helpful
