Q.

I'm mother of 2 months old boy nd feeling less supply of milk...what should I do to increase it naturally. can usage of breast pump improves it??

A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself better not to do pumping

A. yes, pumping the milk using the pump helped me increase the milk supply. You need to pump atleast every 2 hours including night time. The more you pump, the more milk will be produced.

A. When you don’t have milk what are you going to express and how the milk is going to increase it’s a misconception that you are having you should actually take Shatavari powder if it helps in increasing your lactation otherwise go for formula milk
