I'm mother of 2 month old boy baby. can I eat ice cream?

Yah Why not there is no harm in eating an ice cream but always remember that whatever you eat should be in small quantity only and always eat it during the daytime I know it is summer but still to be more sure and more safe about all these things you should just eat most of these things during the daytime only
