I m mother of 2 month baby boy & can i eat cheese related item is der any effect on breastmilk

A. dear mum, you can eat cheese related food items even while you are breastfeeding your 2 months old baby. As a breastfeeding mother, what you eat does not affect your baby digestion nor does it affect your breast milk.
