I'm Mother of 18 months old girl baby. I'm feeding her. I have back pain for past 3 months. And that to after waking up in morning only.what to do

A. hi .get ur vitamin D checked.. Yes sometimes this type pain occur due to deficiency of vit d & calcium. So no harm in taking calcium & vit d tablets for few days after consulting ur doctor
