Q.

i m mother of 15 mnth old baby and this is 2nd baby after 16 yr old son,so i m feeling sometimes very weakness but my baby is very active nd i want to be very energetic for her.so plz advice me how to fit myself.

A. Go for a proper workout eat good meal and diet increase the amount of proteins into your intake and also if you have missed on it by John then you can take iron calcium multivitamin and omega three and six for the time being that’s going to be very helpful for you
