I'm in my 2nd trimester..Please recommend me some healthy food to eat for better growth and development of my baby

A. Hello mam keep yourself hydrated that is very much essential. Also have dry fruits , seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables, soups. Dals , Channa , sprouts , rajma etc , eggs if preferred, Millets , cereals like rice c wheat , oats etc
