Q.

I'm in 5th month madam , 1. why the joints are weak? and I also having the hemoglobin issue my hemoglobin level is 9 . 2.another doubt madam how many times we can sit and wakeup? because baby bump was irritate so clear my question madam

A. Hello mam you should be takinng calcium and iron supplements on regualr basis a sit is recommended highly in pregnancy stage . please conatct your gynecologist for dosage. also try to do some walking as well , take enough fluids to keep yourself hydrated and also take care of diet have milk, panner, ghee, dals, eggs , fish etc dry fruits and nuts , rice roti etc , seasoanl fruits and vegetables

A. Hi dear Take iron tonic or iron rich diet like spinach green vegetables beetroot anjeer black raisins etc Its normal and common No need to worry Stay hydrated healthy Take dates regularly You can sit and wake up upto 3-4 hours and walk atleast 20 minutes
