also try to do some walking as well , take enough fluids to keep yourself hydrated and also take care of diet have milk, panner, ghee, dals, eggs , fish etc dry fruits and nuts , rice roti etc , seasoanl fruits and vegetables

Take iron tonic or iron rich diet like spinach green vegetables beetroot anjeer black raisins etc
Its normal and common
No need to worry
Stay hydrated healthy
Take dates regularly
You can sit and wake up upto 3-4 hours and walk atleast 20 minutes
