what is the hemoglobin level for my 2 years 2 months baby

A. my baby heamoglobin level is 8.8 ..is it normal..

A. between 13 to 15 when the haemoglobin of the child is less you have to give iron rich food to the child. the include green leafy vegetables along with dates and lentils that is different types of dal. fruits like apple banana. you can give jaggery in every food and also make food of the child in iron utensils. when you are add lemon that is rich in vitamin c to the diet which contains iron it helps in greater absorption of iron. your doctor will tell which irdon supplement needs to be given to the child and usually we recommended it for at least 3 months for improvement in haemoglobin level

A. hello the normal hb level is. 2-6 months: 10-17 g/dL. 6 months-1 year: 9.5-14 g/dL. 1-6 years: 9.5-14 g/dL. 6-18 years: 10-15.5 g/dL. The most common causes include: nutritional deficiencies (iron, folic acid, or vitamin B12) inherited diseases (e.g., Fanconi anemia, thalassemia, sickle cell anemia) autoimmune diseases.
