Q.
I m having nipple pain while feeding my baby nd after feeding too. s tat normal nd can I apply almond oil for tat.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain allow ur baby a good latch n you give her a proper feeding position
