i m having a lot of hairfall. what should i do to stop it. pleaae suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. hair fall is very common Most of the time there will be loss of hair after delivery because of hormonal imbalance which may continue for one year also you have to take that rich in protein all types of fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
