I'm having a bad backache after 2 yrs of my second delivery. what should I do?

Maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
Stay hydrated
Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Do abdominal stretching exercise
Take enough rest and painkillers
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
