ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. It is not necessary that every pregnancy will have the same symptoms there may be pregnancy without any symptoms also so it would be advisable to consult with your doctor for proper sonography for confirmation about pregnancy

There are no such symptoms of any trimester because every woman has different a Journey of pregnancy from the beginning to the timer for nine months so it is not a disease that you would have symptoms for if you can just probably feel some signs that too also over the period which could be completely different for you
