Diaper when it is wet or you see 10 to 12×13 times urine it is because of the feed that you are giving it is not necessary that the breastfeeding also that you are giving is yielding the sufficient amount of weight so please check the weight it should be minimum 500 g with which only you can come to know how much is your child gain
