I'm currently experiencing lower back discomfort, especially while changing sides during sleep—it feels like something is stuck or tight. Along with that, I’m trying to stay stress-free, but family-related gossip or taunts make me anxious and lead to overthinking. I’ve noticed that this emotional stress often results in lower abdominal pain. Is this normal during pregnancy, and how can I manage both the physical discomfort and emotional stress?
