I’m continuously having more bleeding..plz suggest how to stop it

A. Hello dr . my 4 year son is suffering from ring worm . I use anti fungal cream on it. But don’t show relief. Within 2 days ring worm spread in 6 to 7 place of his body. What can I do please suggest?
