Q.

I'm breastfeeding my baby and today morning I observed plugged duct. so how can I get rid of it

A. Hot compress is really beneficial for this so you can do hot compress three or four times in the day depending upon how comfortable is as it is one of the best solutions to the current problem that you’re facing otherwise you can consult your doctor as well
