Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Aisa mother you can take all type of diet which is good for your health and it will not cause any type of problem to the child's of yes you can take that food and give paracetamol to the child for fever

Hello ma’am When you are not exclusively breastfeeding the baby you can have it no issues at all and I don’t think so eating fish has got anything to do with the fever or anything so yes you can have it I don’t think so there should be an issue with the things that you want to eat fish and your child has fever basically they do not have any connection
