Q.

I'm breastfeeding my 4 month old. Can I extract and give the breast milk to my 5 year old elder kid? Is it safe?

A. yes you can give but there is no requirement for your child you can give top milk to your 5 years old child otherwise there is no problem in giving the milk

A. hi why ? your 5 years old child doesn't need it you can give him external milk like cow's milk. I would suggest to give cow's A2 milk which is safe and hygienic
