Of course I would highly recommend you to consult a dermatologist in the first place to know exactly what maybe the reason it could be fungal infection problem with a scalp it could be nutritional deficiency in proper diet it could be number of things so it is important to consult the doctor plus you can take a test with traya which which you just have to answer some simple questions and terms of shampoo and hair care and supplements
