I'm a new mom of a 2.5 month old baby girl. I'm going through a severe lower back pain, pain in the tail bone and bumps and abdomen. there is stiffness in the back in the morning which makes me unable to move also. gynec gives only painkiller and it gives relief to sometimes. what should I do?

A. not advisable to take pain killers for long better see the orthopaedic. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
