Q.

I m a mother of 5 month old baby girl and my tummy is full of strach marks can u suggest me some cream to reduce strech marks and my belly is not in that shape like before pregancy what can i do to get back my belly into previous shape

A. So For your stretchmarks I can only tell you take some coconut oil add some Kapoor to it and after that keep applying it on your stretchmarks regularly 2 to 3 times in a day and for your weight I would just say once you complete about some time of your delivery normal delivery go ahead with work out and if you had a C-section then wait up to 8 months then you can go for dieting and workout
