Q.
I m a mother of 3 month old child. Suddenly the weather changed and my child is suffering from cough, cold. He often vomit and get cranky during feeding. I m worried about his health. I mostly keep him warm. But don't know where I failed.

teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers.
give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth
