i m a mother of 26 days old baby.have got fever due to sore nipples and breast during breastfeeding.can i take P 650 to reduce the pain and fever?

You Can I ask your gynaecologist the doctor can advise you whether you can take these medicines or not because you’ll have to do one thing you’ll have to take any medicine after consulting your doctor that the right thing to do specially when you are breastfeeding
