#AskTheExpert I m a mother of a month old baby, due to continuous breastfeeding my nipples are now sore and cracked. What should I do to heal the nipples quickly as I don't want to stop breastfeeding nor m I able to express good quantity of milk. plz suggest

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. can use nipple shield. Breast feeding should be exclusive till 6 month of age of baby if possible . If not feasible then only top milk should be given . After 6 month can start wil rice and dal water along with top milk .
