Can I take dolo 650 for fever while breastfeeding baby. Baby also has fever and is giving meftal-p.

and give him too Paracetamol only if fever
Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation
