Q.
I'm a mom of 4.5 yrs old boy. My last delivery was c section. I usually feel back pain just behind the position of stitches. Is it safe to plan another baby now? Bcz I'm afraid that 2nd delivery might also involve C Section. Or till what time we should wait for 2nd baby?

Take a hot bath. ... Choose gentle exercises. ... Allow yourself to rest. ... Get a massage. ... Take pain medication to ease spasms.
