I'm a mom of 2 baby girls and recently I delivered with baby girl and she is 4 months now and I had a problem with milk supply what should I do

A. Shatavari powder you can take in the day with warm milk that is going to be quite a good option for you to use currently which is going to help in increasing your lactation over the period and along with that also have plenty of fluids in your diet and fibre also
