I'm a breastfeeding mother of 6 month old baby i got my periods regular the next month of my delivery but this month it is delayed by 8 days i did preg strip test n it is negative wht should i do.pls suggest.

A. hi mom, its ok if period gets delayed.dont worry much.there are several reasons to get delayed like HB level, stress,physical activity etc. periods will be regural just keep on eating right,exercising, be relax.
