Q.
I'm a breastfeeding mother of 3 months old. I have got fever and breast engorgement. kindly prescribe medicine that is safe for baby.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. do take paracetamol for fever. Feed your baby more often, In case you feed kore pain, may can take paracetamol.
If you are not feeding your child you should express the milk out. After thecregular express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast.
Consult a lactation expert or your gynec for same.

Crocin You can take for fever and for your engorgement issue you can go ahead with doing hot compress on a regular basis that’s the best solution that I can provide you as per your problem right now and along with that if you have any other symptoms or the fever last for more than three days and I would recommend you to go ahead with getting a blood test as well
