I'm a breastfeeding mother of 11 months old baby I'm fasting for the month of ramadan and I'm feeling weakness in my body what should I do?

A. if u r breast feeding mother u will feel dehydrated... other breastfeeding mother are exempted from fast ...

A. do what is good for you and your baby as a mother... no one know what kind of problem you are facing well it's your body take care of it and baby first.. taking care of god gift is much more important than fasting and indulging yourself and baby into the trouble..

A. السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته if ur child eats baby food or other soft foods then u increase it in the baby diet and only breastfeed before going to sleep or twice a day

A. keep yourself hydrated as much as possible and eat the healthy food filled with lot of proteins. Include fenugreek, coconut, drumstick, apricots, Rava, Almomd milk, oats, carrots etc in your diet. Also the most important thing is being active and resting whenever possible. Try to have enough calories to produce milk in the pre dawn meal and post breaking fast. Try have good sleep and reduce stress. hopefully it will help you in the journey of fasting without weakness and tiredness
