I m a breastfeeding mom. plz advice diet to loose weight

A. dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods. Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
