hi i m a breastfeeding mother of 7month old baby. how many steps should i walk daily to loose weight as i have a lot of weight during pregnancy?

A. If you normally walk 3000 steps daily, try to add 150 steps a day for the next week. 30 mins of walking everyday will help. You can start doing Surya Namaskar as it is the best form of yoga that helps in shedding those extra kilos off. Drink lots of water. Avoid taking any stress. Sleep well. Eat a healthy and well balanced diet. Eat more of proteins.
